Spacebase, a B2B SaaS platform for lease accounting and lease management, had a website that worked functionally but failed to represent the strength of their product. The site was outdated, and lacked a distinctive brand identity. All Caps Marketing Agency was brought in to create a refined visual design system that told Spacebase’s story, highlighted its ease of use, and positioned it clearly above its competition.

Spacebase’s platform delivers modern, user-friendly tools that simplify compliance, automate workflows, and strengthen team collaboration. However, their digital presence hadn’t yet evolved to fully convey these strengths or capture the distinct value they bring to the market. The opportunity was clear—create a design system that reflected the product’s intuitive nature, distinguished Spacebase from a field of conservative competitors, and expanded the brand’s appeal beyond finance and accounting professionals. At the same time, the site needed to highlight the qualities that define Spacebase—ease-of-use, world-class customer support, and trusted security—while establishing a extensible brand foundation the company could confidently grow upon.
We began with a deep discovery phase, clarifying Spacebase’s market value proposition and identifying customer needs and pain points. Next, we performed a competitive analysis to uncover gaps in the market and opportunities for Spacebase to stand out.
With these insights, we created mood boards to explore visual directions that balanced professionalism with approachability. Wireframing followed, paired with refined messaging anchored by a north star statement.
Once creative direction was established, we prioritized the homepage, then moved through two Product pages, the About page, and the Request a Demo flow. Throughout the process, we worked closely with the Spacebase team in iterative design reviews, ensuring alignment with both business goals and user experience.
